Josh Fine is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Focus Property Group, a real estate acquisition, development and management firm. Josh oversees FPG’s real estate portfolio of urban office, retail, industrial, hospitality and self-storage properties, and directs the acquisition and development of new projects. FPG recently completed Enterprise Coworking, a 66,000 square-foot coworking and shared office development in Denver’s vibrant RiNo neighborhood. Josh has more than 15 years of experience in development management and real estate law and finance. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard University and an MS in real estate from the University of Denver. He is active in numerous boards and commissions in downtown Denver, including the 14th Street GID District Advisory Board (past president), the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District Board (past chair), the Ballpark Neighborhood Association Board, the Colorado Colfax Marathon Board, and the new RiNo Business Improvement District Board. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Denver Academy of Torah and was appointed to the Jewish Life Committee of the Rose Community Foundation. Josh loves living in Denver, Colorado and enjoys the Rocky Mountains in all seasons. An avid distance runner, he has run marathons in Europe and North America. He is the proud dad of three children.
